GREATFIGHTSONLINE
A Digital Fight Channel of Great Fights

A VERTICAL INTEGRATION

Retail - GreatFightsOnline.com - A Digital Fight Channel for Fans
Wholesale - MMAShow.com - BoxingShow.com - Ready-Made Fights for Promoters
Manufacturer - GetAFight.com - Self-Matchmaking by Fighters

THE TOP OF THE VERTICAL

The flagship of our fight content will be GreatFightsOnline. Greater frequency and greater selectivity of fights will drive everything else. The rewards to fighters at every level and small to medium-sized promoters will be extraordinary.

A few major media and a handful of mega promoters have a stranglehold on professional boxing. They work in concert with the sanctioning organizations, directly or indirectly, through the champions and contenders they have under contract. Changes in technology can loosen this stranglehold at every level of our proposed vertical integration.

RETAIL

GreatFightsOnline will work in concert with a company like EchoStar or DirecTV for satellite transmissions of our boxing content to a large subscriber base.

REVENUE STREAM

Nine million subscribers at $10 per month for a 24/7 digital fight channel is a potential annual revenue stream of over $1 billion. Sharing this income as a royalty is long overdue and will be very compelling to promoters and fighters subscribing to GetAFight.com and using PurseBid.com and FightAuction.com.

Sharing this television revenue will also be a strong attraction for promoters to license MMAShow.com, BoxingShow.com and use MadeMatches.com, the unprecedented database of ready-made fight content. Content is king.

POTENTIAL PARTNERS

EchoStar has attempted to gain, and may have gained by now, FCC and Justice Department approval for its merger with DirecTV, creating a direct-broadcast satellite giant with at least 14.9 million subscribers.

Comcast made a deal for monthly fights from Sugar Ray Leonard’s fight promotion company (pre-Contender days), and then announced a mega-deal of its own: It would join with AT&T Broadband in the biggest-ever cable merger. That $72 billion transaction may result in AT&T Comcast Corp. controlling at least 22 million cable subscribers and dominate 17 of the top 20 cable markets.

MARKET STRENGTH OF VERTICAL

All of these companies are hungry for a continuous supply of quality fight content for their subscribers. The vertical integration of GetAFight.com, MMAShow.com, BoxingShow.com, and GreatFightsOnline will provide a seamless flow to fans from every country of quality fight content from fighters and promoters all over the world.
